I was so excited when Jackie asked me to take her head-shots for her upcoming performance program for the 10-Grands concert! This girl has an amazing voice and will be a big name one day! :)  We had all of 25 minutes, in the rain, on a neighborhood street to get these… love those type of shoots! Can’t wait for Jackie to be a senior and we get more time to shoot!

I love mommy and me sessions- even in the cold/windy fog (of course blue skies when we were done)! There is just something about watching a mom and her little girl… and did this little one love her momma! She also was a bundle of energy, so funny and she definitely let us know in the end when it was a wrap! Love a girl that speaks her mind. 

Wow, this blog post is so late! I was the second shooter at this darling wedding. It’s every brides worry that it will rain on their wedding day (especially if it’s outside in Oregon)…. and it did on this day. However, this bride didn’t have a care in the world as make-shift tarps were goin up- she was so relaxed it was impressive!! It was such a wonderful, intimate wedding at their beautiful old-Portland home and the rain just added to the charm. A cocktail hour before the wedding (such a fun idea), guests singing Beatles songs during the ceremony, a sit-down, family-style dinner and guests in the swimming pool at the end of the night! FUN!
